Westofcenter's role is to support Folgate's Agency Workshop offering - a one day workshop for agency founders/leaders - and to add deep expertise in agency growth advisory to the mix of consulting services offered through the collective.

The workshop seeks to provide a clear roadmap to help leadership teams move the agency toward a clear set of objectives such as growth, better performance, investment or exit. 

And for Westofcenter clients, the partnership with Folgate Advisors provides a highly experienced cohort of advisors that can be called upon as and when there is demand for specialist advice on issues such as AI roadmaps, M&A, people and culture, executive coaching, financial operations, and change management.
